" I am honored to be the only African American to win an Olympic medal in cycling and who is still active in the cycling world today. I sure look forward to meeting and riding with all of you."
This is an annual event for the Major Taylor Cycling Club Los Angeles!
See you all in Palm Springs.
If you have any questions booking your room, please ask for Donna Such (760-318-8505) and reference the MTLA - Ride With Nelly event.
Dear Family and Friends,
Fifteen of our members rode their bikes from San Francisco to Los Angeles, August 1st through August 7th, fulfilling part of our mission statement to promote healthy living through cycling, and raised money which was donated to The African American Firefighter Museum. (http://www.aaffmuseum.org/)
Without help from individuals like you, this would not have been possible. Donations help sustain our organization and benefit the community which we serve.
We appreciate your support. Remember that your gift may be tax-deductible (to the extent allowable by law)! Major Taylor Cycling Club Los Angles is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization 82-5027568. No goods or service were provided by Major Taylor Cycling Club Los Angeles in return for this contribution.
