This is MTLA member Lyndon Charlot. As many of you already know, I’ve participated in the AIDS/Lifecycle event 8 times since 2011. So far, I have cycled more than 4,000 miles particularly to support our black and brown community in the LA area to help protect against this disease. I’m more invested than ever seeing the progress made from our fundraising efforts. The LA LGBT Center South is located at 2nd Ave and King Blvd providing much needed services to the South LA community.
We now have a Major Taylor Los Angeles team participating in this most worthy event, June 5th through June 11th. It is’ a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from SF to LA. Although the event has reached capacity and is now closed to new riders, anyone interested in joining the team as a Roadie or Virtual Hero at Home participant, please use the AIDS/Lifecycle link below to learn more and to sign up to join Team MTLA (Major Taylor Los Angeles) on this event.
And for those able to donate to the team, please use the PayPal link below provided by Major Taylor Cycling Club LA which is a 501c3, and will equally distribute your tax-deductible donation to the team members by June 1st.
So please donate to the team! Thanks for your support and as always, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.
